Two killed during maintenance at Saudi Aramco's SASREF refinery
Two more were injured, and maintenance is expected to continue as planned
Two contractors working for SASREF were killed while performing maintenace activities, and two more were injured. The company wrote in a statement that it "responded to an incident on a vessel while contractors were working on the unit during turnaround activities."
Maintenance will continue as scheduled, despite the incident. SASREF was created as a joint venture between Royal Dutch Shell and Saudi Aramco, but was bought out by the latter earlier this year.
