New management for DNV GL’s Noble Denton marine services
Global quality assurance and risk management company makes new appointment for UK and West Africa for its marine warranty outfit.
DNV GL has appointed Neil Jamieson Fraser as its new head of Noble Denton marine services in the UK and West Africa. The role will focus on marine warranty, marine advisory/assurance, technical assurance and advanced engineering services.
Fraser has worked with DNV GL for more than 25 years and has held a number of senior positions within the company in the UK, West Africa and most recently, in South America. He recently returned to the UK after nearly four years based in Rio de Janeiro as the company’s area manager South America responsible for all classification and maritime advisory service lines.
“We are providing services in a very dynamic market, where our customers are demanding high quality, delivered in an efficient and transparent manner. Digital solutions and exploring new ways of working are high on our stakeholders’ agenda, and I am very much looking forward to engaging with the market,” said Fraser.
Noble Denton marine services has secured a number of projects in recent years. Notably, marine warranty services on large decommissioning contracts in the North Sea, at the Shah Deniz development in Azerbaijan, and in the West African major oil fields.
